Permitted or Disqualified Status

A carrier’s qualification status is fully determined by your brokerage’s custom configuration.

Updated today

We’ve replaced complex color indicators and single-flag labels with clear, human-readable terms like:

  • IdP Permitted – Carrier meets all Highway, RMIS or MCP requirements.

  • IdP Disqualified – Carrier is disqualified in Highway, RMIS or MCP.

  • No Dispatch - If a carrier is Blocked by Highway, RMIS or MCP.

What Is a “Qualified” Carrier?

A qualified carrier is one who meets the conditions your team has defined as acceptable. These conditions are pulled from your chosen Identity Provider (IdP) - such as Highway, RMIS, or MyCarrierPackets - and matched to your rules set in Parade.

Qualified carriers:

  • Are eligible to receive load opportunities via Dispatch Campaigns, CoDriver, Digital Offers, and more

  • Can quote and book (when permissions allow)*

  • Are shown as available matches in your load workflows

*Check more about specific carrier permissions in this article.

What Is a “Disqualified” Carrier?

A disqualified carrier is one who does not meet your brokerage’s configured criteria. Disqualified carriers:

  • Do not receive outbound emails

  • Can quote via automated or self-serve channels if their permissions allow to, but they will be shown as disqualified

  • May still appear in some search results or carrier profiles but may be restricted from interaction

How do we determine what is Qualified?

Parade receives status and metadata from your Identity Provider, and your team defines which combinations are acceptable.

For example, with Highway, you may see statuses like:

  • Active + Pass

  • Inactive + Fail

  • Needs to Onboard + Pass

Your brokerage can configure which of these combinations should be considered qualified or disqualified - and Parade will enforce whatever logic you set.

The same applies to RMIS and MCP, each with their own combinations of status and pass/fail results.

Where to Configure These Rules

These qualification rules are configured in the backend, within the Identity Provider Integration section.

If need to make adjustments, your Customer Success Manager or Parade Support can help.

Where to View Carrier Status

You can check a carrier’s status:

  • In the Carrier Profile

  • On a load’s Carrier Match list

  • In outbound workflows (e.g. CoDriver, Book Now)

If a carrier is disqualified, they will be eligible for quoting if they permissions allow, but their quotes will be disqualified - check here how to filter for disqualified quotes.
