Adjust email rules by clicking "Email Settings" which can be found in the settings section at the top right-hand corner of your Parade portal. You can also use the button below to quickly access these settings.
Internal Email Whitelist
Allow specific domain names and/or your own internal email addresses to pass through the Parade system.
1. Start by selecting "Add Email Whitelist Rule".
2. Select the specifications for each email rule. Choose from "Complete Match" or "Ends With".
Ends with
This setting filters at the domain level. It can be used to filter an entire company’s domain and associated email addresses
Complete Match
Used to filter specific senders. Useful when whitelisting specific email addresses or team members who interact via email.
