Updated over 3 weeks ago

Overview

The Smart Lanes Activity Feed gives carrier sales teams a detailed view of what’s happening with their Smart Lanes. This feature provides real-time visibility into the operations and status of your Smart Lanes, making it easier to identify issues early and ensure everything is running smoothly.

Events Tracked in the Smart Lanes Activity Feed

The activity feed monitors a variety of events, providing insight into each step of the Smart Lane process:

  • Load Matching: Indicates when a load matches a Smart Lane, so reps know their lanes are active.

  • Auto-Assign Triggered: Shows when the auto-assign feature is activated, automating load assignment.

  • Load Booked: Confirms when a load has been successfully booked, providing assurance that the load is covered.

  • Failure Modes: Highlights any issues that occur, such as:

    • Auto-assign failed due to the carrier being disabled for auto-assignment.

    • Cascade completed without a digital booking.

    • Carrier dropped from load.

How to Use the Smart Lanes Activity Feed

  1. Each Smart Lane has its own activity feed. To view activity for a lane, go to your Smart Lanes dashboard by clicking on the Smart Lanes tab in Parade.

2. Select the lane that you want to view activity on from your My Lanes tab.

3. Scroll down to view the Load Activity tab.

4. Scroll down to view the Load Activity tab. You can view load events and their status in the Event column. Loads that require attention will be highlighted in red.

By monitoring these feeds, you can quickly spot any problems (like failed auto-assignments or dropped loads) and take action to resolve them, ensuring your automated lane management continues smoothly.
