1- Does an email go to carriers if we have a load that comes through to Parade that fits the carrier’s network?
When a load comes through to Parade, it does not automatically send an email to carriers unless you have Smart Lanes set up.
2- Is there a way to track what emails have been sent out and to who within the Parade system?
Yes, navigate to the Messages tab -> Outbound to see all emails that have been sent out and to who. You can also filter by category:
